Combo tickets are good for visiting VIA Dino Discovery and VIA Aquarium on the same date. Please be aware of this when scheduling your visit.
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to make your chosen day or timeframe, we will try to accommodate you for another based on capacity and availability. Event tickets are only good for their specific event.
You also agree to appropriately wear a mask the entire time you are within our facility and to follow social distancing guidelines. Guests not following these procedures can be asked to leave without refund or credit.
